Please Note : GWR have now funded all of the 130 projects which our original SW-RDA funding envelope supported, and students are now in place on all of these projects, and details of these projects are available here.
We are therefore no longer accepting project proposals for funding under the original SW-RDA funded scheme.
However we hope that funding for additional open competition studentships may become available in 2010.
Additionally GWR are currently able to offer the possibility of " doubling-up" studentship funds and Doctoral Training Account (DTAs) funds supplied by Universities in the South West.
